Unified Care started almost 20 years ago as a small Adult Family Home providing services to 6 individuals with developmental disabilities.
Today we have expanded to multiple facilities in the Spokane Valley area and provide homes for almost 200 individuals with mental health issues, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and individuals with physical or medical needs. Our staff, from those in the office to direct care staff, are the reason we have been successful and have an impeccable reputation throughout the community.
