Giving Local Businesses the Tools to Simplify, Scale, and Grow
At Front ROI, we believe marketing shouldn’t be overwhelming. Too many small business owners in Kootenai County — from Coeur d’Alene to Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Spokane Valley — are buried under disconnected platforms, manual follow-up, and inconsistent results.
We solve that problem with one unified system that simplifies your processes, strengthens your brand, and helps you grow with confidence.
Our mission is to be upfront, transparent, and practical while equipping businesses with systems that actually work. We’re not just another software provider — we’re your local partner in growth. By combining powerful tools with a personal, community-first approach, we give business owners clarity, efficiency, and measurable results.
Front ROI is proud to serve the North Idaho and Spokane Valley region. As a locally based team, we understand what it means to operate a small business here — the seasonality, the competition, and the importance of word-of-mouth in tight-knit communities.
We’ve worked with service providers, healthcare clinics, contractors, and retail shops who all share the same goal: attracting more customers and managing them effectively. Our job is to help them do just that, so they can spend less time worrying about tech and more time serving the community they love.
By supporting businesses across CDA, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Spokane Valley, we’re strengthening the local economy one business at a time.
SMS Messaging
Customers expect fast, convenient communication. With Front ROI, local businesses use two-way texting to confirm appointments, answer questions, and follow up after estimates. Bulk campaigns keep your promotions front and center, while the missed-call text-back feature ensures you never lose a customer because you couldn’t pick up the phone. Contractors in Post Falls and healthcare offices in CDA rely on SMS to stay connected and book more jobs.
Calendars & Booking
Scheduling is one of the biggest time-wasters for small businesses. Our calendar system lets clients book themselves online from your website, Google, or email campaigns.
Real-time syncing, auto-confirmations, and reminders drastically reduce no-shows. Round-robin scheduling makes it easy for busy teams in Hayden and Rathdrum to share the workload fairly.
Automated Workflows
Manual follow-up drains time and causes opportunities to slip away. With Front ROI’s visual automation builder, you can create systems that send reminders, nurture leads, request reviews, and notify your team — all without lifting a finger. A contractor in Spokane Valley can automatically send a follow-up after an estimate, while a retail shop in CDA can use workflows to thank customers and offer loyalty discounts.
Sales Pipelines
Leads and projects shouldn’t fall through the cracks. Our visual pipelines help you track every opportunity from first contact to final invoice. Customize stages for sales, onboarding, or internal projects. Businesses in CDA and Post Falls use pipelines to stay organized, forecast revenue, and keep teams aligned.
Reputation Management
Your reputation is your most valuable asset in a small community. Front ROI makes it easy to request reviews via text or email, track online mentions, and respond quickly.
A contractor in Hayden can automatically send review requests after project completion, while a dental clinic in CDA can monitor Google and Facebook feedback in one place. Over time, this builds a 5-star brand presence that sets you apart.
Social Media Planner
Consistency wins on social media — but managing multiple platforms is exhausting. Our planner allows you to schedule, preview, and publish across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn from a single dashboard. Businesses in Post Falls and Rathdrum use it to plan weeks of content in advance, freeing up time while keeping their brand visible and engaging.
Forms & Surveys
Collect the information you need without messy spreadsheets or disconnected tools. Use drag-and-drop forms to capture job requests, applications, or feedback.
Conditional logic tailors the experience for each customer, while auto-tags and triggers feed submissions directly into your CRM. For example, a spa in CDA might use forms for intake paperwork, while a contractor in Spokane Valley uses surveys to qualify leads before scheduling an estimate.
Contracts, Invoices & Documents
Paperwork doesn’t have to slow you down. Send professional contracts, capture e-signatures, generate invoices, and collect payments all inside Front ROI. Integrations with tools like Stripe and QuickBooks make bookkeeping seamless. Local businesses in Hayden and CDA love this because it eliminates unnecessary tools, reduces delays, and improves cash flow.

Bretta Provost has gone from a successful engineer to a thriving entrepreneur. Starting in 1998 with a degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, her career began working for firms in the Denver area. During a troubling economic time, Bretta began to explore other options. She dove into entrepreneurship with an engineering consulting firm and built a booming online wellness business.
Then Bretta packed up and moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to get married, start a family, and help run a boutique hotel, in no particular order.
She became fascinated with online marketing, branding, business development through her businesses. Bretta started doing regular live videos (over 300, to be not exact). Those live videos caught the attention of the Mrs. Idaho America coordinators. She decided to compete in 2017 and again in 2021. Bretta loves the heart-pounding, exhilarating stage experience of the competition and the lifetime bonds of the pageant sisterhood.
But just in case Bretta felt like she had too much free time, she leaped into business again when opening Front ROI Marketing five years ago. She now helps others share their unique story and industry in the digital world.

Mallory began her career in customer service roles ranging from working at a ski resort to managing a restaurant. After leaving the food service industry, Mallory was looking for a new challenge that utilized skills from her degree as well as let her explore her creative side. Her previous role was in an HOA community where she made connections with her residents that drove her to want to produce better content/events for them. One thing that has remained consistent across her various roles has been her can-do attitude and that nothing can beat being flexible and adaptable.
She relocated to the Coeur d'Alene area after testing out the big city life for over a decade. She found herself missing the small-town way of life she had growing up. When not catching up on all things social media, she can be found with her husband (and 3 German Shepherd's) at the lake, exploring local antique stores for her next refurbishment project, or curled up on the couch reading a good book.
