1. Scope of Services
Front ROI provides marketing services and business growth support to service-based professionals.
Our services may include:
CRM strategy, setup, and automation
Paid advertising and campaign management
Email marketing, newsletters, and content creation
Funnel, website, and landing page design
Social media content and management
Consulting and coaching for growth strategy
Service details will be outlined in your custom proposal, agreement, or onboarding materials.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure an effective working relationship, you agree to:
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to relevant platforms
Supply accurate information and brand materials needed to fulfill deliverables
Honor payment terms and communication timelines
Follow platform and compliance standards (e.g. for email/SMS laws, ad policies, etc.)
3. Payment Terms
Payment details will be specified in your agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Project fees are due upfront or based on milestones
Monthly retainers are billed in advance
Late payments may result in paused work or suspended access
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun
4. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may recommend or implement third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Workspace) on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining ownership and access to your accounts
Paying any third-party subscription fees
Abiding by the third-party platforms’ terms of service
We are not liable for disruptions or limitations caused by third-party providers.
5. Confidentiality
Any proprietary information, business data, or intellectual property you share with Front ROI will be kept confidential. We will not share, resell, or disclose your data without your permission unless required by law. Likewise, Front ROI’s internal strategies, templates, and systems are confidential and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed outside of the agreed service scope.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we aim to provide clear strategies, optimized systems, and marketing best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as lead volume, revenue, or ad performance). Results depend on variables beyond our control, including market conditions, client input, and sales processes.
7. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel monthly or recurring services at any time with written notice as per the agreement you signed online.
In the event of cancellation:
Services already rendered or in-progress are non-refundable
Front ROI may revoke access to any proprietary tools, assets, or systems we've built
We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, unresponsiveness, or breach of these Terms
8. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Front ROI — including strategies, templates, emails, funnels, campaigns, or branded designs — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. You are granted a non-transferable license to use them for your business.
Custom designs and creative assets may be transferred upon full payment, depending on your agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Front ROI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services within the last 30 days.
10. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with a “last updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
